15 Sensational Salads for Summer

Written by: Helen

One of the great things about Summer is that I crave salad.  Where as in Winter my cravings may lead me to a place of stodge, in Summer I want light, fresh and juicy.  But even with salad cravings I can only eat so much of the same thing, and life is always better when you mix things up a little.  If you aren’t a fan of salads and think they are boring, then scan your eyes over my round-up of salad recipes and think again.  Just click on the titles to be taken to the recipes.

Nutty with quinoa sounds nice. Your pork & butterbean recipe looks great & particularly appeals to my husband who is an avid meateater! Thanks for stopping by x

    Thanks for these Helen.
I have had an opened jar of Miso in the fridge for a long time, inherited from my son.
Providing it is in date I shall use – or buy another as particularly tempted by that recipe. x
